As first time buyers, my wife and I had no concise idea on the process that you have to endure to get your house including one of the most important things, which is to obtain the money. Brody was an excellent resource to obtain the mortgage. He did a great job finding the best rate with the maximum possible amount within the same day we met, which, needless to say, allowed us to make the dream come true. Brody explained us in detail the whole process, requested the necessary documentation, filed all the information, long story short, we just had to sit down while he was doing all the work. Another good thing is that he gets advantage of technology. Several times we just used email to communicate or transfer files which is really convenient, especially these days when one has to make quick moves.
We just have to say that Brody knows what he is doing and we strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage.
